2 Payment Methods: We accept payments via Yoco, Ozow, Payfast and Happy Pay. By using these payment methods, you agree to their respective terms and conditions. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

3 Order Cancellation: Molecule Global (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, stock availability, errors in product pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund.

4 Order Handling and Processing: Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 12PM are eligible for same-day dispatch. All orders are processed within 1 business day – provided there are no special requests.

4 Out-of-Stock Items: In the event that an item is out of stock at the time of dispatch, you will be contacted and provided with the option to either wait for restock or receive a refund.

Shipping and Delivery

1 Shipping Methods: Our products are delivered throughout South Africa using our courier partners including The Courier Guy, DPD Laser, and Skynet.  

2 Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 1 to 5 business days depending on your location. Gauteng – 1 to 2 business days. Major Cities – 1 to 3 business days. Regional Cities – 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3 Shipping Costs: Standard shipping is free for all orders within South Africa.

4 Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or through the courier’s website.

5 Liability: Once an order has been dispatched and collected by our courier partners, liability for the package is transferred to them. While we work only with reputable courier services, any loss or damage during transit will be subject to the courier’s terms and conditions.

Returns and Exchanges

1 Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 21 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Warranty

1 Warranty Period: All Futuco products come with an 18-month warranty. Register your product to receive an additional 6 months of coverage, extending the warranty to 24 months.

3 Warranty Claims: For warranty claims, contact our customer support team. You may be required to provide proof of purchase and product details. We will guide you through the claim process.

4 Fetch and Repair: Our warranty includes a free fetch-and-repair service with a fast turnaround of up to 5 business days from the time we receive the item.

5 Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. Additionally, the warranty will not be honored if any labels, serial numbers, or tamper-proof seals are removed or defaced.

6 Proof of Purchase: To make a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice.
